Ricotta Dolce

We had a few pastry shops near our apartment in Milan. This was a ricotta pastry that was quite sugary but really excellent if you’re into that sort of thing. The white on the inside was sweet ricotta, similar to what you’d find in cannoli. The white on the outside is standard powdered sugar icing. I’m buzzing just thinking about it.
