Lamb with Claudio

We had our last dinner in Manarola with Claudio. On the left of the plate are roasted vegetables (sweet onion, fennel, carrots) and in the rear is polenta with a quail ragu. On the right side you can see some wonderfully roasted potatoes and in front is the roasted lamb. All was excellent as always when dining with Claudio.
