Ham Carrots Potatoes

i roasted the potatoes in our combo microwave/oven/grill at our apartment and it worked great (i still prefer a regular oven though). the carrots were sauteed with a little sugar, salt and butter. the ham came from the butcher and was heated in the saute pan and the mushrooms came from the butcher also (“Champignons a la Grecque”) – I didn’t marinate/prepare them. they were pretty good though. a good dish altogether and pretty easy to prepare.
