Corniglia Spaghetti

Here’s some basic spaghetti we made in Corniglia with a cucumber and onion salad. The spaghetti was dressed with some chopped pancetta and pecorino romano and some pepper flakes. As with most meals in Italy, it was accompanied by wine and acqua frizzante, sparkling water.
